Compassionate Care. Meaningful Connections.

I believe that exceptional healthcare begins with compassion, trust, and a genuine connection between a physician and patient. At the heart of that connection is something simple, yet incredibly powerful: listening. Every woman has a unique story, and every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. As an OB/GYN, I strive to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their concerns, and actively participating in their healthcare decisions. Whether navigating adolescence, building a family, or transitioning through menopause, my philosophy remains the same: compassionate, individualized care leads to stronger relationships and ultimately better outcomes.

My Journey to Medicine Began with Infertility

My wife and I are high school sweethearts. We attended junior prom together, and after ten years of building a life together, we were ready to start a family. What we never anticipated was how difficult that journey would become. After countless fertility treatments, surgeries, and seven years of trying, we finally conceived our first pregnancy through intrauterine insemination (IUI). Our personal struggle with infertility profoundly changed the direction of my life and ultimately inspired me to pursue medicine later in life. I wanted to become the physician I believe every couple facing infertility deserves: someone who understands not only the medical complexities of fertility treatment but also the emotional toll of uncertainty, disappointment, and waiting. My goal is to demystify the fertility journey, empower patients through education, and provide a safe, judgment-free space where they never feel alone in their struggles.

From Heartbreak to Hope: Why I Do What I Do

I'll never forget the morning my wife woke me at 5 a.m., screaming so loudly that I thought someone had broken into our home. Instead, I found her standing in the bathroom with five positive pregnancy tests lined up on the counter. Apparently, the first three weren't convincing enough! After seven years of waiting, we were finally going to be parents. But just two weeks later, our excitement turned to heartbreak when we learned that our pregnancy was not viable. Over the years, we experienced three miscarriages before being blessed with our three sons, each one a rainbow baby. I know firsthand the heartbreak of pregnancy loss, the uncertainty of infertility, and the extraordinary joy that can follow. These experiences are more than part of my personal story; they are the foundation of why I practice medicine. They remind me that behind every appointment is a person with hopes, fears, and a story worth hearing. My purpose is to make a meaningful, positive difference in every patient's life, offering compassionate, comprehensive care from menarche through menopause and every chapter in between.
